To report individual progress:
1. Click on Team Central (located in the orange bar at the top of the site)
2. Choose the top, middle icon - Report Individual Progress
3. Login with your username and password
4. Use the form to report your progress

To report progress on behalf of your team:
1. Click on Team Central (located in the orange bar at the top of the site)
2. Choose the top, left icon - Captain Central
3. Select corporate or public
4. Login with your username and password
5. Choose the Team Stats button
6. Click on the team member's name
7. Use the form to report progress for that member
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for additional entries
